CREAMED CHICKEN 
1/3 c. butter
5 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/3 c. chicken broth (made from boiling chicken until it falls off the bone) about 30 minutes
1/2 c. milk
2 c. cooked chicken
1 pkg. thawed broccoli stems or pieces

Melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in broth and milk. Cook on low, stirring until smooth and thickened. Add chicken and broccoli and warm. Serve over noodles. Serves 4.
