PORK CHOP AND DRESSING 
8 pork chops
8 slices fresh white bread
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
4 tbsp. water
1 can mushroom soup

Brown chops in electric skillet. Mix diced bread with sauteed onions and celery. Add seasoning, add water to texture of dressing. Form dressing into a ball. Add to chops that have been browned. Add 1 can mushroom soup and 1 can water. Mix to a smooth texture. Baste chops with dressing on top periodically. Cook at 275 degrees for 45 minutes.
