PORK CHOPS IN GRAVY 
8 to 10 chops
1 c. flour
2 tsp. ground ginger
4 c. water
1 c. vinegar
1 c. soy sauce
1 1/2 c. sugar or sweetener
1 tsp. pepper

Coat chops in flour, ginger mixture. Brown in 2 to 3 tablespoons oil. Place browned chops in Dutch oven. Mix remaining ingredients with leftover flour. (May need to add flour for amount of liquid used). Pour over chops. Boil and reduce heat. Simmer at med. or low about 40 minutes. Until tender.
