3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
dash of salt
1 c. water
4 tbsp. strawberry Jell-O mix
1 qt. fresh strawberries
1 (9-inch) pie shell
whipped cream

Mix well with wooden spoon. Let stand at room temperature for 6 to 8 hours.
