CHICKEN - STUFFING BAKE 
1 pkg. instant chicken flavored stuffing mix
6 skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/3 c. milk

Prepare stuffing mix according to package. Do not let stand. In a 12 x 8 inch baking dish. Spoon stuffing down center of dish. Leave space on both sides for chicken. Arrange chicken pieces on each side. In bowl combine soup, milk and parsley. Pour over chicken; cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until done.
