HAMBURGER STEW SOUP 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. grated onion
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed old fashioned vegetable soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1 1/2 soup cans water
1 c. cooked macaroni twists
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine beef, onion and chili powder. Shape into 12 meatballs; brown slowly in saucepan.

Pour off fat and add remaining ingredients except cheese. Stir gently. Heat, stirring now and then. Garnish with cheese.
