NUTTY COCONUT BREAD 
4 eggs, beaten well
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. coconut
1 c. nut
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. coconut flavor
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients, except coconut and nuts. Beat well after each fold in coconut and nuts. Put in greased and floured 10-inch angel food pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Remove cake from oven and let cool in pan 5 hours. Top while in pan.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. coconut flavor
