Apples
Pancake batter

Help your child peel and core apples. Slice apples very thin and dunk into your favorite pancake batter. Fry apples in thin layer of oil, until apple is very tender. (Test by piercing with a fork).

Serve wtih syrup or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
