MICROWAVE QUICK COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. biscuit mix
2 tbsp. sugar
1 carton (8 oz.) sour cream
1 egg
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

FILLING:

1/4 c. biscuit mix
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts

Combine all coffee cake ingredients except 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon. In medium mixing bowl mix well. Divide dough in half, spread half in 9 inch round glass baking dish. Sprinkle filling over top. Drop remaining dough by teaspoonfuls over filling. Filling will show through. Combine 1 tbsp. sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle on top. Microwave 10 minutes on medium simmer.

Microwave 4 to 6 minutes on high or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
