CHICKEN STUBS ORIENTAL 
2-4 lbs. chicken wing stubs
1 sm. bottle Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar or honey
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1/4 tsp. ground ginger (optional)

Mix all ingredients except chicken in 13x9-inch baking pan. Place chicken in mixture. This can be done a day ahead to allow to marinate. Bake until sticky, not watery.
