ALMOND BARK COOKIES 
2 lbs. almond bark
2 c. Captain Crunch cereal
2 c. Rice Krispies
2 c. Spanish peanuts
2 c. broken pretzels
2 c. miniature marshmallows

Melt almond bark over double boiler or 7 to 8 minutes in microwave on medium setting until melted. Pour over rest of ingredients in large bowl and mix. Drop by tablespoons onto wax paper and let harden. Store in covered container, they also freeze well.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
