BUTTERMILK PIE 
1 (9 inch) deep dish pie crust (punch hole around crust)
3 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. melted butter
Pinch of salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients. Pour into pie shell and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
