BAKED SCALLOPS 
1 lb. sm. scallops
2 tbsp. flavored bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. sweet sherry wine

Slice scallops if using sea scallops, don't slice bay scallops. Place in buttered shallow pan. Make topping of bread crumbs and dry mustard. Dot butter on top. Broil 10 minutes until brown. Add sherry wine and put back under broiler. Serve with lemon.
