SOP FOR BARBECUE 
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. mustard
1 c. vinegar
1 lemon, squeeze juice
1 stick butter or shortening
2 qts. water

Put butter or shortening in pan. Add onion and garlic and fry or smother for a while, until kind of cooked. Then add water, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, lemon juice and cook about 10 minutes. Use to sop barbecue while barbecuing.
