1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix first 3 ingredients together (it will be somewhat dry and crumbly). Press in bottom of 13 x 9 inch cake pan. Mix last 3 ingredients together. Pour on top of the cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
