BUFFALO WINGS 
1 lb. chicken wings
1 pt. buttermilk
1 pt. corn oil
1 pkg. Durkee's hot wing seasoning powder
1 tbsp. red pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder

Remove skin from chicken and cut wings into two parts of the joint. Soak wings in buttermilk in an air tight container. Store overnight in refrigerator.

In a blender, mix one pint of water, hot wing seasoning, red pepper and garlic powder. Deep fry wings in corn oil until fully cooked. Remove and drain off excess oil. Place wings in 2" (or deeper) baking pan and pour mixture from blender over wings. Let stand 30 minutes; covered. Broil at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
