LEMON GARDEN MOLD | |
1 c. ginger ale 1 c. boiling water 1 pkg. lemon Jello 1/4 c. chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans) 1/4 c. chopped celery 1 c. fresh peaches, sliced and drained (canned may be used instead) Dissolve the Jello in hot water and add the ginger ale. Stir until thoroughly mixed. Place in refrigerator for a short while until slightly thickened. Mix in celery, nuts and sliced peaches. Chill thoroughly until firm. Garnish with whipped cream, salad dressing or mayonnaise, according to your preference. Serve on lettuce. |
