SHRIMP SCAMPI 
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. parsley (fresh)
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash white ground pepper
1/4 c. white wine
1 lb. med./lg. shrimp
1 lb. linguini, cooked

Melt butter. Add garlic, parsley, lemon juice, pepper and wine. Simmer 2 minutes. Add shrimp. Cook until pink. Serve over linguini or cooked rice.
