DURKEE CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can potato soup
1 cup milk
2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
16 oz. frozen vegetables - broccoli, cauliflower, carrot mix
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can fried onions, Durkee
1 pkg. Crescent rolls

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Combine soup, milk, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can onions. Place in 8x12 dish. Bake covered for 20 minutes.

Open Crescent rolls, press together to make rectangles and cut into 3/4 inch strips. Place on top of casserole forming a lattice.

Bake 15 minutes uncovered and top with remaining cheese and onions. Brown for 3 minutes.

Makes 4-6 servings.
