SWEET POTATO GLAZED 
6 sweet potatoes
1 (16 oz.) jar marmalade
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. salt
Orange slices or mandarins (canned)

Boil sweet potatoes, peel, cut into large pieces. Combine marmalade, butter and water in pan. Bring to boil. Add sweet potatoes, turning frequently until well glazed. Add orange slices on top when serving.
