2 pts. strawberries
1/4 c. sugar
1 pt. heavy cream
2 tbsp. orange liqueur

Cut berries and sprinkle with sugar, let stand several hours or overnight. Whip cream until stiff. Add liqueur and strawberries. Blend gently. Serves 6.
