SPANISH WHIPPED CREAM CAKE 
1 box light chocolate cake mix (milk chocolate or German chocolate)
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of oil
1/4 c. sugar

Add cinnamon, oil and sugar to cake mix. Also add what mix calls for. Stir and bake as directed on box. Can make 2 or 3 layers. Pam spray 9-inch round or square cake pans.

Icing:

2 (1/2 ptsp.) whipping cream
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa powder
hot water (enough to make thick sauce)

Whip the cream fairly stiff. (Tip: Freeze bowl and beaters and will whip much faster.) Then in a different bowl, stir remaining ingredients. Then fold chocolate sauce into whipped cream and ice cake. Refrigerate or freezes well.
