ANGEL FOOD CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE
WHIPPED CREAM ICING
 
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 c. milk
Pinch of cream of tartar
2 c. chilled whipping cream
1 prepared angel food cake

Whisk powdered sugar, cocoa powder, milk and cream of tartar in large bowl until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled (about 1 hour). Using electric mixer, gradually beat cream into chocolate mixture. Continue beating until stiff peaks form. Place cake on platter and frost. Really easy and tastes yummy.
