VEGETABLE AND MEAT SALAD 
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup cut up celery
2 hard boiled eggs
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 7 oz. cans tuna or 2 cups cooked chicken, ham or turkey
1 c. salad dressing
Topping: 1 can of shoestring potatoes

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. When ready to serve put one can of shoestring potatoes over top.
