MOON CAKE | |
1/2 c. butter 1 c. water 1 c. flour 4 eggs 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding 4 c. milk 8 oz. cream cheese Cool Whip Hershey's chocolate syrup Bring butter and water to a boil; remove from heat. Add flour until forms a ball. Add eggs, one at a time. Pour in ungreased 11x15 inch pan. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Let cool. Beat together pudding, milk and cream cheese. Pour this over the crust. Top with Cool Whip and drizzle with Hershey's chocolate syrup. Refrigerate. from Judy Kopischke |
