BREADING FOR FISH 
1 fresh lemon
1 clove of garlic
1 egg
1 c. of flour
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. McCormicks pepper medley
Dash of salt

Wash fish in lemon juice and garlic, let fish soak for 15 minutes. (Mix flour and spices together).

Dip fish in egg then in flour mixture. Fry as usual. Can be used with most types of fish. Enough breading for one large fish.
