ZUCCHINI-SAUSAGE CASSEROLE | |
8 oz. (or more) noodles 1 lb. bulk Italian sausage 2 c. diced, unpeeled zucchini 1 onion, diced 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 tsp. oregano Shredded Cheddar cheese 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese Cook noodles separately. Drain. Brown sausage and onion. Add the whole can of mushrooms, tomato sauce, oregano and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar. Add noodles and mix well. Put all in a greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar on top. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. |
