PATTY'S CHILI 
4 cans Van Camps (New Orleans style) red beans
2 (15 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
1 lg. can whole tomatoes (cut with spoon in pot)
2 lg. onions
3 green onions
3 bell peppers
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Salt - pepper - onion salt
Pinch parsley
1/4 c. chili powder

1st - cut up onions and peppers. 2nd - fry ground beef; drain off grease. 3rd - add salt, pepper, chili powder, etc. (season to taste). 4th - add whole tomatoes and chop in pot. Add beans and tomato sauce. 5th - cook on slow fire 3 hours or until cooked.
