MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. hamburg
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. parsley
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1/4 c. water

In large bowl beat egg and milk together. Add spices and bread crumbs and hamburg. Work together well and form into small balls. Place in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine soup mix, tomato sauce and water and pour over meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
