1 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Mix everything together. After the mixture comes to a full rolling boil, cook for 1 minute. Let cool, add 1 teaspoon vanilla and beat until thick. Will frost an 8 x 8 inch pan of brownies.
