MEAT SAUCE AND SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground meat
1 med. onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. chili powder
1 level tbsp. salt
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. red pepper
2 sm. or 1 lg. can tomato sauce
2 cans water

Brown ground meat in deep skillet. Add rest of ingredients to mixture and simmer one hour.

SPAGHETTI:

1/2 lb. spaghetti to boiling water (1 qt.)
Salt to taste

Cook about 15 minutes on medium heat; remove, wash, and strain under hot water. Serve with meat sauce. Sprinkle with cheese, if desired.
