LINDA'S CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 pie crust
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. Bisquick mix (or substitute flour)
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 med. tomatoes, sliced

Cook and stir the ground beef and onion until the beef is brown. Drain. Stir in salt and pepper, the flour or mix and Worcestershire sauce. Spoon into the pie crust. Mix eggs and cottage cheese and pour over the beef mixture.

Arrange the tomato slices in a circle on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake until set, about 30 minutes, at 350-375 degrees.
