MAIN DISH 
1/4 lb. sliced bacon
8 oz. very fine noodles
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 onion, minced
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Touch of liquid hot pepper seasoning
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Fry bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels and crumble. Cook noodles in boiling salted water until just tender, according to package instructions. Drain well. Mix all remaining ingredients, except Parmesan cheese and sour cream, in a large bowl. Add noodles and bacon and toss with two forks until well mixed. Turn into a deep 2 quart buttered casserole. Cover and bake in a moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 30 minutes or until heated through. Remove cover, sprinkle with some of the cheese and some sour cream.

Serve with extra sour cream and cheese as desired.
