SUKIYAKI (JAPANESE MAIN DISH) 
2 tbsp. fat
2 lbs. beef, pork, or chicken, cut thin in 1x2 pieces
2 onions, shredded
2 or 3 green onions, shredded
1/2 c. mushrooms
Celery
Beans
Other vegetables
Shoyu (soy) sauce, diluted

Brown meat a few minutes in fat. Move to one side of pan. Put in onions; saute. Add and cook, without mixing, other ingredients. Cabbage may be added or other vegetables, chopped. Serve with rice on which sukiyaki is placed.
