CHILE RELENOS CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies, cut in half and seeded
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. Tabasco

Oven, 350 degrees. Brown meat and onions; drain. Place 1/2 chilies in 8 x 12 inch pan. Sprinkle with cheese. Top with meat. Repeat. Blend flour, salt, egg, and milk until smooth. Pour over meat. Bake 45-50 minutes or until knife comes out clean in center. Cut in squares.
