SCALLOPED FISH 
2 lbs. fillet or sliced haddock
1/2 c. coarse cracker crumbs
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. buttered crumbs

Cut fish into serving pieces. Arrange fish and cracker crumbs in alternate layers in a greased 2 quart casserole. Combine milk, butter, onion and seasonings. Heat to scalding; pour over casserole. Top with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 6 to 8 servings.
