TOP OF STOVE SUPPER 
1 tbsp. butter
2 potatoes, thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. onion
1 tbsp. green pepper
1 c. diced ham
2 eggs, slightly, beaten
1/4 c. shredded cheese

Melt butter in large skillet. Layer next 6 ingredients. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Pour eggs and cook additional 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover until cheese melts. Easy and remember, no stirring!
