SPINACH PASTA 
8 oz. linguini
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. butter
1 lg. onion, sliced thin
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook linguini according to package directions. While it's cooking, heat oil and butter in medium skillet. Add onion, garlic and spinach. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 10 minutes. Stir in basil and salt. Cover and simmer another 5 minutes. Stir in cheese. Spoon over linguini.

Serves 4.
