SPINACH PASTA 
9 oz. pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
3/4 c. milk
Fresh pepper to taste
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tbsp. oil or butter
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked & drained
1 1/2 lbs. bacon, fried & crumbled
1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach, milk and pepper. Stir and keep warm. Saute garlic in oil or butter 2 to 5 minutes and add cooked and drained spaghetti. Toss and then add spinach and bacon. Serve with cheese and pepper (679 calories per serving).
