AUNT B'S PASTA AND SPINACH 
2 cloves garlic
1 sm. to med. onion
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 lb. elbow macaroni or sm. shells
1 box frozen chopped spinach
Grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. can Progresso Lentil soup

Chop garlic and onions and saute in large pot in oil. In meantime, cook pasta and spinach separately. After garlic and onion is sauteed, add lentil soup, cooked spinach and cooked pasta. Blend all together, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve. This recipe is very healthy. It can be reheated in the microwave too!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
