SPINACH PIE 
3 chopped spinach, let defrost in strainer
About 8 eggs
1/2 lb. feta cheese
1 lb. salted butter
1 lg. container of cottage cheese, small curd
Frozen fillo pastry dough, defrost in refrigerator, apollo brand

Melt about 3/4 butter (you can always melt more if you want).

1. Squeeze chopped spinach to make sure that all water is out.

2. Beat eggs, mix feta cheese, cottage cheese, and spinach all together.

3. Sprinkle a couple of teaspoons of melted butter on pan. Put 2 sheets of fillo dough down 3/4 if pan 1/4 out and sprinkle butter in dough; go all around the pan. Use half the dough. Put spinach mixture in pan. Fold in fillo dough to cover spinach; sprinkle butter. Take fillo dough and fit into pan nice and neat. Cut into diamond shape. Preheat oven to 400 degrees then drop to 350 degrees. Bake at least 1 hour depending on pan and oven. Then ENJOY!
