BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. round steak
1 tbsp. oil
1 med. onion, sliced
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom sup
1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
2 tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. sour cream

Cut meat in 1/4 inch strips. Brown in hot oil. Add onion and garlic powder. Cook until crisp-tender. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Heat through. Before serving add sour cream. Do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
