CHICKEN FETTUCCINE 
Olive oil flavored vegetable cooking spray
1 lb. skinned, boned chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 tsp. dried whole basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
2 c. sliced zucchini
4 c. hot cooked fettuccine (cooked without salt or fat)
3/4 c. evaporated skimmed milk
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Coat Dutch oven with cooking spray; place over medium heat until hot. Add next 7 ingredients; saute 4 minutes or until chicken loses it's pink color. Add zucchini, saute until tender. Remove from heat; add fettuccine and milk, tossing gently. Sprinkle with cheese. Yield: 4 servings (about 310 calories per 1 1/2 cup serving).
