MARY'S BLUEBERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 eggs, separated
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
3 c. blueberries

Cream butter until creamy. Mix in sugar and 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Then add egg yolks one at a time. Cream until light. Then add dry ingredients and milk. Beat egg whites until foamy. Add to batter and fold in. Add blueberries 1 cup at a time. Bake in a greased 13x9x2 inch pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden.
