MARINATED TOMATOES 
3 lg. slightly hard tomatoes
1 white onion or red onion
1 cucumber, optional
Salt
Pepper
Dill weed
1 bottle any Italian salad dressing

I use Kraft House Italian olive oil. Any good Italian dressing with lots of seasonings is good.

Slice tomatoes into bite-size chunks cleaning out the seeds. Peel and slice onion to desired size. You can either peel entire cucumber or score the skin by running a fork from top to bottom and slice.

Combine all the vegetables in bowl. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper and a little dill weed. Pour the Italian dressing over tomato mixture and let set 2-4 hours or make a day ahead of time. Cover with a good tight wrap.
