MARINATED TOMATO SALAD 
2 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 c. sliced red onion
1 c. sliced black olives
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt

In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, onion, olives, olive oil, and vinegar. Add seasonings and mix; chill. Makes about 6 servings.
