CHICKEN PIE 
DOUGH:

2 c. flour
2 level tbsp. lard
Salt to taste
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

FILLING:

1 tbsp. butter
1 qt. chicken broth
1 c. cooked potatoes, cut fine
1 1/2 c. carrots
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. cooked chicken, cut in sm. pieces
1 c. cooked celery
3 hard cooked eggs

Melt butter and flour; cook until creamy. Add broth and chicken. Place in a baking dish with potatoes, celery, carrots and eggs. Cover top with dough. Bake in moderate oven, 325-350 degrees.
