BLENDER PUMPKIN PIE 
1 (16 oz.) can solid pumpkin
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. biscuit mix
18 packets Equal sweetener
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (.92 oz.) pkg. no-sugar added whipped topping mix

Grease 9 inch glass pie plate.

Place all ingredients in blender, food processor or mixing bowl. Blend 1 minute or beat 2 minutes with mixer. Place in bowl and microwave until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently.

Pour into pie plate. Microwave on medium (50%) 15 to 20 minutes. Pie will be done when edges are set and the center is still slightly soft. Prepare whipped topping and spread on cooled pie. Portion: 1/8 pie; exchange - 1 fruit, 1 starch, calories 140.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
