BOSTON BROWN BREAD 
1/2 c. white flour
2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. molasses
2 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 c. raisins
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix well. Spread in bread pan. Let stand 30 minutes. Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
