BARBEQUE PORK CHOPS 
4 pork chops, 1 1/2 lb.
Fat for skillet
1/2 c. diced celery
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 can Hunts tomato sauce
1/4 can water

Brown chops in fat. Place in 1 1/2 quart baking dish (with cover). Mix mustard, salt, pepper, celery and brown sugar with tomato sauce and water. Pour over chops. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours. Serves 4.
